Speculators Turn Net Short Dollar, Euro Shorts Decrease by 18% – COT Report

For the first time since September 6 2011, speculators have turned net short against the U.S. dollar. The total U.S. Dollar Short position stood at -441 million compared to the previous week's +4,57 Billion on the long side.
