EUR/USD Jumps 50 Pips as Draghi’s Plan Gets Leaked

The Euro jumped 50 pips as details from Draghi's bond buying plan got leaked (again) on Bloomberg. The website quotes 3 unnamed officials on the matter. Allegedly the plan calls for unlimited but yet sterilized bond buying. The ECB plans to remove the money it prints and spends on bond buying by mopping up liquidity elsewhere.
